Green Park Reading Half Marathon begins 10.15am
This fantastic event provides a wonderful opportunity for businesses to support their workforce to be fit and healthy – as well as providing a unique, uplifting experience for all and a sense of achievement that is second to none.
Get to run in a mass participation race with your colleagues or friends, raise money for good causes, enjoy special hospitality, have fun and get fit. Everyone wins!
The Hilton Reading Corporate Challenge race is designed to suit all abilities, with members of your team taking part in both the Green Park Reading Half Marathon and the Mini Marathon.
Hilton Reading Corporate Challenge
How Does it work?
Enter a team of four to six people and take on the Hilton Reading Corporate Challenge together.
Each team must include:
• A minimum of two and a maximum of three adults (aged 17+) running the Green Park Half Marathon
• A minimum of two and a maximum of three participants running the Mini Marathon
Each team must nominate a team captain to complete the online entry form and submit payment.
All team member details must be submitted before entries close in February 2026.
Trophies will be awarded to the top three teams, but everyone benefits – this is a fantastic way to raise money for charity, support local businesses, and enjoy a fun, active day out together.
What you'll receive in advance
Team Member Entry & Race Pack Collection
Each team member will enter either the Green Park Half Marathon or the Mini Marathon using a unique code sent to your Team Leader.
If you selected race pack delivery during registration (before the postage deadline), you will receive your race bib, Corporate Challenge T-shirt, and any additional merchandise or parking purchases directly to your address.
If you didn’t choose race pack delivery, or entered after the postage deadline, your race pack will be available for collection on Friday or Saturday before the event.
Your Team Leader will coordinate the collection of wristbands for all team members, granting access to the Hilton Reading Corporate Challenge hospitality room at the Reading Football Club Stadium Conference Centre.
On the Day
Once you have your wristband, head to the Reading Football Club Conference Centre on the first floor, where you can enjoy an amazing finish line view, drop off your bag, and relax in the hospitality room.
When it’s time, head to your assigned starting zone:
- Mini Marathon: Purple Zone
- Green Park Half Marathon: Red Zone
After the race, return to the Hilton Reading Corporate Challenge hospitality room to enjoy a post-race meal, refreshments, and relax with your team. Celebrate your race, share stories, and take home your well-deserved medal!

The Mini Marathon Race Begins 08.30am
A fun run which is estimated to be just under 3km and is open to all. From serious athletes wanting a shorter race, to complete beginners wanting to have fun, get fit and raise money for charity all at the same time. Chip timing will be used for all competitors, so everyone will get their position and race time.
The Green Park Reading Half Marathon Race Begins 10.15am
13.1 miles taking you through the highlights of the centre of Reading where you will experience huge crowd support and through the beautiful grounds of the University campus.
Both races culminate in a finish rarely found outside an Olympic stadium with over 10,000 people cheering you into the Reading Football Club Stadium and over the finish line.
