Pace Makers

On the start line when the adrenaline is pumping it is all too easy to go out too quickly. You feel fantastic and are sure you are on for a massive personal best, but then things catch up with you a few miles down the line and your pace slows to a crawl.

Running a more even paced race is the key to hitting your target time and enjoying the event more.

Intelligent Running are providing pace makers at 5 minute increments between 1:30hrs and 2:30hrs to help you maintain your target pace. Pace makers will be easily identifiable and will be running to chip time (i.e. watches will start as they cross the start line).

So to take advantage of the Intelligent Running pacers, line up in your target zone and stick with your pacer!
